Travertine bathtubs
Every piece is made to order; dimensions and stone can be adapted to your room.
Is travertine good for a bathtub?
Yes, when it is filled and sealed. Travertine is a warm, softly patterned limestone with natural pores; for a bathtub the pores are filled and the surface sealed so it holds water and cleans easily. It is lighter in tone and often less costly than marble. Each Pietra Fonte travertine tub is carved from one block and made to order.
