Two founders, one material.

What is Pietra Fonte?

Pietra Fonte is a founder-run studio that makes bathtubs, basins and vanities from solid natural stone, to order, for homes in the United States. Each piece is specified with the client, cut from a block selected for it, inspected with photos and video before it ships, and delivered white-glove.

Who runs it

• Joshua Giles: design, technology and client experience.
• Calum: stone sourcing, quality control and logistics.

How we make money

We sell the pieces we make. You pay a deposit when you approve the drawings and the balance once you have approved the inspection photos, before your piece ships. We don't take commissions from other brands, and the comparisons and cost guides on this site are written to help you choose, including when the right choice isn't us.

The company

Pietra Fonte Ltd is being incorporated in England and Wales; we'll publish the company number here as soon as it is issued.
