Is every piece made to order?
Yes. Each tub, basin and vanity is cut for your project, in the stone, finish and dimensions you approve on our drawings. Because every block is different, veining and color vary from piece to piece; that is the nature of natural stone.
How long does a bespoke piece take?
It depends on the stone and the piece. We confirm a production and delivery schedule with your quote, and you see your piece in photos and video before it ships.
How heavy is a stone bathtub?
Solid stone tubs are very heavy, often well over 1,000 lb. Before you order we share the weight of your piece so your contractor or structural engineer can confirm the floor can carry it.
Do you deliver across the United States?
Yes. Pieces travel in custom crates, fully insured, with white-glove delivery to the curb or into the room. We quote delivery to your ZIP code with your piece.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Every shipment is insured. Inspect your piece on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with photos; we will repair, replace or credit it as set out in our shipping and returns policy.
Do you work with interior designers and builders?
Yes. Designers, architects and builders get trade pricing, drawings for their clients, and a single point of contact from specification to delivery.
Can I see the stone before I commit?
Yes. Request our sample book, or ask for photos of the actual slab or block reserved for your piece before it is cut.
How do I care for a stone tub or basin?
Use a pH-neutral cleaner, rinse after use and reseal periodically as advised for your stone. Avoid acidic products, which can etch marble and travertine. We include care instructions with every piece.
