Travertine sinks and basins

Is a travertine sink a good choice?

Travertine gives a warm, natural look and is often less costly than marble. Its natural pores are filled and the surface sealed so the sink holds water and cleans easily; reseal it once or twice a year. Pietra Fonte travertine sinks come as vessel and pedestal basins, each carved from one block and made to order.
